"Education is the manifestation of perfection already present in man."
As parents and educators, we strive to give our best to our children. I believe that every child is born with imagination and creativity. Nurtured with love, care, respect and trust, his/her unique talents can turn the world into a better place to live in. Every child is unique and so are his learning styles, interests, talents and challenges. Understanding this uniqueness of learning style and matching it with right teaching strategies is what my super enthusiastic and experienced team of teachers of Kindle Kids International School (KKIS) is dedicated to.
Our Cambridge Inspired Curriculum has been developed by Education planners and curriculum designers who have comprehensive training in pedagogical methods and learning theory. The shift they have worked towards is an increased emphasis on ‘skill’ and less on ‘content’. The curriculum is experiential, evolving, thematic, engaging, in-depth and extends beyond the boundaries of coverage. Whereas learning through drills, practices and rules was common in earlier days, learning through inquiry and design, solving real world problems, discovery and invention, and reflection is more fitting for the present times.
At KKIS, students are introduced to a method of learning that takes place primarily through experience. Wherever possible children have opportunities to experience and ‘apply’ information and knowledge.
In a well-equipped yet cozy campus and with a small size learning group (class size not more than 20) we create a joyful learning environment where every student feels important, loved and cared for, as our engaging teachers are able to offer individual attention to each of them.
Overexposure to technology impacts children adversely. Keeping this in mind we at KKIS are deliberately limiting the use of technology only as an aid, in early years of education. The Kindle Kids Learning Management System enables our teachers to organise and provide unlimited access to e-learning content in one location and easily tracks the individual student’s progress. The infusion of ICT in teaching and learning ensures students are at ease navigating in today’s technology driven world.
Every day, our efforts are focused on making KKIS a happy school, where teaching is a pleasure and learning is a joy. A school that prepares children to identify their interests early on and develop them into their passion. A school that makes them believe in themselves and think big. A school that inspires them to 'Dare to Dream… and Learn to Excel' and orients them to be lifelong learners.
I warmly invite you to explore KKIS as we re-dedicate ourselves every day, to make every moment a joyful learning experience for our students.
